Most sintered stone is produced by using high-precision printers to print the desired patterns onto the slab body before firing. The finished product has clear patterns and rich colors that are unforgettable. When sintered stone products are not commonly seen locally, it is easy to get lost among a few eye-catching designs. However, these eye-catching designs usually feature brilliant colors or dramatic variations. Using one or a few pieces is an excellent choice; but if they are laid over a large area, especially on a large wall surface, they will create an overwhelming visual impact.
Our usual advice is this: for walls, choose lighter colors and softer textures for large-area installation, and use one to a few uniquely designed pieces as accents. Only in this way can you achieve a well-balanced decorative effect. For example, in bathroom wall decoration, use distinctive patterns on the wall where the shower or washbasin is located, and use less prominent colors and textures for the rest. Similarly, in the living room, use a special design on the fireplace or TV wall, and use more subdued designs for the remaining areas.
This issue is especially prominent with our mosaic-look sintered stone. If you choose a few pieces to install on one wall of a bathroom or bedroom as an accent, while using lighter-colored designs on the other walls, the final effect will be excellent. But if you are swayed by the first visual impression and cover all four walls with this mosaic-look sintered stone, the result will be a disaster.
